So a week on from the Brexit result the main question we have been asked this week is how will it affect the availability of staff for the UK? The hospitality sector is predominately staffed with international personnel from all corners of the globe and both clients and candidates need some idea of what they need to be planning.
The simple and honest answer is no one knows, no one had really planned for such an event and with the melt down in both major political parties no one seems to be doing much about the next step.
The advice we have offered to all, is it remains the same for the time being anyway, recruiting both for national and international personnel should not change. Stay the course as we say.
