Salary up to £36,000 per annum

We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef manage the day-to-day kitchen operation.

The Restaurant is part of an exclusive hotel group who pride themselves on providing classic and faultless customer service.

Things you will be doing as the Sous Chef:

  • You will support the kitchen team with the day-to-day kitchen operation
  • You will Manage and mentor the junior brigade
  • You will ensure the exceptional quality of the cuisine is consistently maintained
  • Your cookery skills and experience will allow you to help the Head Chef deliver authentic and creative menus
  • You will contribute to creating the ultimate dining experience

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Previous experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in Modern British cuisine.
  • You are passionate about training junior staff brigade
  • You have the drive and ambition to succeed
  • Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas.
