Sous Chef, 5* Star Boutique Country Hotel with a Michelin-starred Restaurant, Wiltshire

Package up to £38,000 per annum + annual bonus

We have the absolute pleasure to be hiring for this beautiful 14^th Century 5* hotel nestled in the vast Wiltshire countryside. Our clients are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a Michelin/3 Rosette level background.

Things you will be doing as a Sous Chef:

• Reporting to the Head Chef
• Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
• Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent
• Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
• Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel background
• Have experience at a Michelin/3 Rosette level
• Are an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
• A passion for sustainability and seasonality.
• Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas.
• Are organised and have great time management
• Have excellent communication skills
