Sous Chef, 5* Star Boutique Country Hotel with a Michelin-starred Restaurant, Wiltshire
Package up to £38,000 per annum + annual bonus
We have the absolute pleasure to be hiring for this beautiful 14th Century 5* hotel nestled in the vast Wiltshire countryside. Our clients are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a Michelin/3 Rosette level background.
Things you will be doing as a Sous Chef:
- Reporting to the Head Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
- Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent
- Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
- Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel background
- Have experience at a Michelin/3 Rosette level
- Are an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
- A passion for sustainability and seasonality.
- Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas.
- Are organised and have great time management
- Have excellent communication skills
