Package up to £40,000 per annum

We are currently looking for a Sous Chef for an exciting Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in London. This opportunity boasts the chance to work with authentic ingredients to produce refined yet traditional, good-quality food with a restaurant group.

Things you will be doing as a Sous Chef

  • Reporting to the Head Chef
  • Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
  • Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent
  • Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
  • Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced background
  • Are an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards
  • Are organised and have great time management
  • Have excellent communication skills
