Sous Chef, Asian Restaurant, London

Salary up to £40,000 per annum

We are looking for a Sous Chef to assist in managing the day-to-day kitchen operation within this privately owned Asian Restaurant.

There is the possibility to become the Head Chef for the new opening set for Autumn 2023.

Things you will be doing as the Sous Chef

  • Reporting to the Head Chef
  • Managing the restaurant kitchen
  • Overseeing and developing a seasonal daily special menu
  • Training and Developing kitchen team

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
  • Have great leadership skills and are an approachable person
  • Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas
  • Are organised and have great time management skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have experience with Asia cuisine
