What you will be doing as a Sous Chef:

  • Reporting to the Head Chef
  • Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
  • Manage and mentor the junior brigade.
  • Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.
  • Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
  • Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a good establishment
  • You are an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
  • Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards.
  • Are organised and have great time management.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
