Sous Chef
Salary up to £45,000
Things to know:
- Fine Dining Restaurant
- Open Tuesday to Saturday, Dinner only with additional Brunch on Saturday
- The Restaurant is part of an international Hospitality Group

Things you will be doing as a Sous Chef:
- Reporting to the Head Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
- Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.
- Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
- Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a fine-dining restaurant.
- Are an approachable person, with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
- Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards.
- Are organised and have great time management.
- Have excellent communication skills.
