• Open Tuesday to Saturday, Dinner only with additional Brunch on Saturday
• The Restaurant is part of an international Hospitality Group

Things you will be doing as a Sous Chef:

• Reporting to the Head Chef
• Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
• Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.
• Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
• Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Are an approachable person, with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
• Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards.
• Are organised and have great time management.
• Have excellent communication skills.
