Senior Sous Chef
Salary up to £50,000 per annum plus Service Charge

What you will be doing as a Senior Sous Chef:
- Reporting to the Head Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
- Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.
- Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
- Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a well-established restaurant
- Are an approachable person, with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
- Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards.
- Are organised and have great time management.
- Have excellent communication skills.
