Salary £45,000 per annum

• Destination restaurant

Things you will be doing as a Senior Sous Chef:

• Reporting to the Head Chef
• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day kitchen operation
• You will manage and mentor the brigade.
• Ensuring the exceptional quality of the cuisine is consistently maintained.
• Your cookery skills and experience will allow you to help the Head Chef deliver authentic and creative menus.
• You will contribute to creating the ultimate dining experience.
• Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous experience as Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in high-end brasseries or fine dining restaurants.
• You are passionate about training and developing your team.
• You have the drive and ambition to succeed.
• Are organised and have great time management.
• Have excellent communication skills.
