Senior Pastry Sous Chef
Salary up to 4 750 USD per month

- Signature Chinese / Asian restaurant in Doha, Qatar
- Housing & Transport allowance

- 20 days leave per year
Things you will be doing as a Senior Pastry Chef:
- Reports to the Executive Chef
- Manage the pastry department.
- Develop the team through leadership and coaching.
- Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
- Create and update the dessert menu.
- Maintain the highest standards
- Continuously improve the menu offerings
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in a fine-dining or Michelin-star-standard restaurant
- Experience in Asian Cuisine
- Strong communication skills, both in written and spoken English
- High level of attention to detail
- Team management skills
- Strong planning skills
