Package up to £45,000

We are looking for a passionate, people-focused, and business-driven Restaurant Manager who will assist with the day-to-day operation of the Hotel Restaurant, Lounge, and Garden. Additionally, you will be ensuring guest enjoy their dining experience to their full potential.

Things you will be doing as a Restaurant Manager:

  • Overseeing the profitability of all restaurant, bar, and garden operations
  • Maintaining high standards of food and drink
  • Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the delivery of financial targets
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
  • Managing budgets
  • Promoting and marketing the business
  • Ordering supplies & overseeing stock levels
  • Making improvements in developing and running the business
  • Setting targets
  • Work alongside the team in maintaining high standards
