Restaurant Manager, All-day Restaurant, Canary Wharf

up to £40,000 + benefits

We are looking for a passionate, people-focused, and business-driven Restaurant Manager who will assist with the day-to-day operation of the business, and ensure this beautiful award-winning restaurant delivers excellent quality and service standards.

The restaurant has a strong team spirit. The management team firmly believes in looking after their staff and being flexible as much as possible, which explains why some of the staff have been with them for almost a decade! There are plans to expand with new concepts so a good work ethic will be rewarded quickly!

Things you will be doing as a Restaurant Manager:

  • Oversee the running of the restaurant and report to General Manager with any issues that may arise
  • Be responsible for the restaurant team and lead by example, creating a positive working environment and encouraging career development
  • Support and manage the team ensuring the restaurant is run efficiently at all times
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations

  • Have experience as a Floor Manager/Restaurant Assistant Manager from a busy Restaurant and have the drive to grow
  • Are a hands-on individual with great communication skills and customer service
