Things you will be doing as a Restaurant Head Chef:
- Develop the kitchen team through leadership and coaching.
- Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day kitchen management.
- Ensure the food standards are maintained.
- Continually review and refresh menu offerings
- Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.
- Regular hygiene audits
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in a 2- or 3-star Michelin Restaurant
- Sound knowledge of classical French Cuisine
- Have great communication skills.
- Strong planning skills and focused on revenue generation.
- Understanding of the London market
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
