Things you will be doing as a Restaurant Head Chef:

  • Develop the kitchen team through leadership and coaching.
  • Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day kitchen management.
  • Ensure the food standards are maintained.
  • Continually review and refresh menu offerings
  • Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.
  • Regular hygiene audits

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in a 2- or 3-star Michelin Restaurant
  • Sound knowledge of classical French Cuisine
  • Have great communication skills.
  • Strong planning skills and focused on revenue generation.
  • Understanding of the London market
  • Team management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
