Restaurant General Manager, Destination Japanese Restaurant, Luxury Hotel, Singapore
Salary up to SGD 6,800 (USD 5,050) per month

- Restaurant based in Luxury Five-Star Hotel in Singapore
Things you will be doing as a Restaurant General Manager:
- Reports to the Food and Beverage Director
- Manage the day-to-day operations and mentor the team
- Ensuring all aspects of the restaurant service are maintained and surpassed
- Monitor the sales and expenses
- Constantly improve the guest experience
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have at least two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or four as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Preference for speaking Japanese
- Have expertise in Standalone Destination Restaurants or luxury hotels
- Have fine-dining experience
- Have excellent communication and Leadership skills
- Attention to detail
