Regional Executive Chef

Salary up to $8,000 per month plus service charge, tax-free, ex-pat

  • A luxury hotel collection in the Maldives

What you will be doing as a regional Executive Chef:

  • Report to the Owners
  • Oversee the culinary operation of the hotels
  • Build business relationships with food suppliers
  • Creating new dishes, updating and planning the menus
  • Staying updated on trends to maintain the successful operation of the hotels

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience as a Corporate or Regional Executive Chef
  • Creativeness to delight customers with exceptional offerings
  • Great organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Great leadership skills
