Reception Manager

Salary up to £30,000

What you will be doing as a Reception Manager:

  • Ensure the clients are receiving excellent service.
  • Supervise the reception team.
  • Manage room reservations.
  • Recruitment and training of receptionists.
  • Manage the implementation of any changes in the software system.
  • Supervise and coordinate VIP functions and Events.
  • Monitor budget.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience as a Receptionist Supervisor or an Assistant Reception Manager in a Luxury hotel.
  • An excellent customer-focused manner at all times.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • A good eye for detail.
