Regional Procurement Manager
Salary up to €60,000 per year

- Based in Frankfurt, Germany
- This role may offer hybrid working
- The client is an international hotel group
Things you will be doing as a Procurement Manager:
- Look after all the aspects of the F&B purchasing and functions within country
- Forecast level of demand for services and products
- Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers
- Evaluate bids and make recommendations
- Negotiate and agree on contracts
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Undertake value-for-money reviews
- Analyse data and produce reports and statistics
- Keep up-to-date with trends, innovations, regulations and new technology
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Procurement or Supply chain managerial experience in the Hospitality sector
- Fluent in English, German or Dutch
- P.P. or equivalent certification is desirable
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Commercial and financial awareness
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Planning skills to identify what the business needs
- Strong analytical ability
