Pastry Sous Chef

Salary up to £50,000 per year

  • Group of casual dining Deli & Bakery operations
  • This role offers daytime shifts

Things you will be doing as a Pastry Sous Chef:

  • Report to the Head of Pastry
  • Develop the team through leadership and coaching.
  • Supporting the Head Pastry Chef in managing the kitchen
  • Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.
  • Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
  • Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Pastry Head Chef

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in Patisserie production
  • Strong planning skills
  • Team management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
