Pastry Sous Chef
Salary up to £50,000 per year

- Group of casual dining Deli & Bakery operations
- This role offers daytime shifts
Things you will be doing as a Pastry Sous Chef:
- Report to the Head of Pastry
- Develop the team through leadership and coaching.
- Supporting the Head Pastry Chef in managing the kitchen
- Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.
- Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
- Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Pastry Head Chef
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in Patisserie production
- Strong planning skills
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
