Things that you will be doing as a Pastry CDP:

  • Day-to-day management of a section,
  • Ensure the exceptional quality of food is maintained.
  • Responsible for sections operating efficiently during service.
  • Helping to mentor and guide Demi & Commis chefs
  • You will be expected to meet company standards consistently.

You will be a great fit if:

  • Have experience in a fine dining or Michelin-star restaurant.
  • Are a hands-on chef.
