Operations Manager / Director, Fine Dining Restaurant Group, Central London.
Base Salary up to £70,000 + Bonus (package up to £130,000)
A unique opportunity has arisen for a strong Multi-Faceted Operations Manager / Director who has experience within the fine dining sector and new openings.
Our client is well known international brand with currently 2 sites in Central London and over 30 sites overseas. The company has extensive expansion plans in UK for the next couple of years and is looking for experienced Operations Manager / Director with deep understanding of the industry and premium operations. The role is for resilient and adaptable leader, one that can happily help business to achieve its highest potential.
Things you will be doing as Operations Manager:
- Managing current two sites and taking ownership of the future openings, having full accountability of finances, sales, team development and guest experience.
- Regular communication with Senior Directors & Investors on updates.
- Implementing policies and procedures in line with business needs.
- Making sure that targets and profits are met.
- Regular site visits with hands on approach.
- Managing new site openings.
- Be able to think on your feet in order to solve problems.
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have previous experience as Operations Manager with multiple sites, with minimum two years of experience.
- Able to develop and implement strategies.
- Experience dealing with contractors, suppliers, and third parties.
- Must have strong financial acumen and be able to execute and deliver on sales & budgets.
- Experience in building the brand culture.
- Openings experience for their expansion program.
- Understanding and implementing restaurant service and standards.
