Salary up to £31,000

We are on a look out for a Night Manager for this award-winning Boutique Hotel, located in a heart of Central London.

Our client is one of the few remaining independent privately owned hotels in London, part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World group, offering unrivalled luxury accommodation and services.

As a Night Manager you will be ensuring smooth running of all reception services while on shift and making sure all guest’s needs are met in a friendly, helpful, efficient, and personalised manner.

Things you will be doing as Night Manager:

  • Ensure comfort, satisfaction, and security of all guests by providing exceptional customer service during their arrival, stay and departure.
  • Carry out all the duties related to end of day and compile, print, and distribute all relevant reports.
  • Ensure security patrols are conducted to ensure safety of our guests/staff and property.
  • Responsible for reporting faults on all equipment within hotel, including switchboard, lifts, fridges etc.
  • Ensure that all guests arrival and departure administrative functions are all carried out, recorded, and dealt with correctly.
  • Manage, recruit, and train night team.

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have previous experience as Night Manager within luxury hotels.
  • You are a hands-on person ready to support your team.
  • You have full operational knowledge of all reception services and procedures.
  • Have a pro-active approach, and excellent work ethic.
  • You take pride in building teams and people development.
  • Have excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
  • Have exceptional customer service skills.
