Learning and Development Manager, Luxury Hotel, City of London

Salary up to £50,000 per annum

Our client is a Forbes-rated property.

We are looking for L&D Manager to join their exceptional Team.

Things you will be doing:

  • Report directly to the Director of Talent Management & Development
  • Identify, develop, and maintain appropriate learning and training plans
  • Lead new employee on boarding program
  • Facilitate and review existing development programs, training, and workshops
  • Monitor, evaluate and improve the overall L&D system
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting showing return on investment and campaign success rate

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience within a Five-Star Hotels
  • At least two years as an L&D Manager in London
  • CIPD, Coach Certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivational skills
