We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef ready to join the amazing kitchen team of this Mediterranean Fusion restaurant in London.

Salary up to £38,000.

What you will be doing as Junior Sous Chef:

• You will support the kitchen team with the day-to-day kitchen operation
• You will Manage and mentor the junior brigade
• You will ensure the exceptional quality of the cuisine is consistently maintained
• Your cookery skills and experience will allow you to help the Head Chef deliver authentic and creative menus
• You will contribute to creating the ultimate dining experience

You will be a great fit as Junior Sous Chef if:

• You are a hands-on Chef
• Previous experience as Junior Sous Chef or Senior CDP
• You are passionate about training junior staff brigade
• You have the drive and ambition to succeed
