Salary £30,000 + bonus 20%

We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Executive for a busy hotel in the center of Bath. This role will suit someone who is driven, has a genuine interest in people, and want to be a part of a fantastic business!

Things you will be doing as a Human Resources Executive:

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Overseeing hiring process
  • Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities
  • Updating HR policies
  • Handling the orientation of new employees
  • Ensuring that the employees are satisfied with their role in the organization, the work environment
  • Looking after the social welfare of hotel employees
  • Overseeing the safety and health of the employees

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Are a true people person: approachable, caring, empathetic, a great listener, a sense of humour
  • Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR in the hospitality industry will be advantageous
  • Are highly focused, articulate in communication
  • Have a good knowledge of employment policies and legislation
  • Experience in talent acquisition
