Head Chef, Vegan Destination Restaurant, London

Salary £48,000 – £52,000 per annum

We are looking for a Head Chef to manage the day-to-day Kitchen operation.

The restaurant is part of an exciting Vegan restaurant serving fresh international cuisine.

Things you will be doing as a Head Chef:

· Reporting to the Exec Head Chef

· Managing the kitchen

· Overseeing and developing a seasonal daily special menu

· Keeping up with the latest trends regarding vegan food and ingredients.

· Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Exec Chef

You’ll be a great fit if you:

· Have experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast paced casual setting

· Have a strong understanding of stock control and wastage management

· Have great leadership skills and are an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude

· Are organised and have great time management skills

· Have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with personnel at all levels
