Head Chef, High-End Brasserie, London

Salary up to £95,000 per annum

We are looking for a Head Chef to manage the kitchen operations of this High-End brasserie in London

This is a multi-award-winning restaurant, showcasing the finest Mediterranean produce, with a volume of 500 covers per day

Things you will be doing as the Head Chef:

  • Responsible for menus development
  • Responsible for the day-to-day kitchen management
  • Develop and grow the team through leadership and coaching
  • Ensure food standards are maintained
  • Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience as a Head Chef with high-end restaurants
  • Have experience with high-volume restaurants
  • Have great leadership skills and are an approachable person
  • Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas
  • Are organised and have great time management skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
