Head Chef, High-End Brasserie, London
Salary up to £95,000 per annum
We are looking for a Head Chef to manage the kitchen operations of this High-End brasserie in London
This is a multi-award-winning restaurant, showcasing the finest Mediterranean produce, with a volume of 500 covers per day
Things you will be doing as the Head Chef:
- Responsible for menus development
- Responsible for the day-to-day kitchen management
- Develop and grow the team through leadership and coaching
- Ensure food standards are maintained
- Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have experience as a Head Chef with high-end restaurants
- Have experience with high-volume restaurants
- Have great leadership skills and are an approachable person
- Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas
- Are organised and have great time management skills
- Have excellent communication skills
