Head Chef, Eastern Mediterranean Restaurant, London.

Package up to £50,000 per annum.

We are currently looking for a Head Chef for an exciting Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in London. This opportunity boasts the chance to work with authentic ingredients to produce refined yet traditional, good-quality food within a restaurant group.

Things you will be doing as the Head Chef:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Ensuring ordering and stock control are managed appropriately
  • Mentoring and guiding the kitchen brigade
  • Making sure HACCP and due diligence requirements are consistently up to standard
  • Maintaining the quality of food and service to the company standard

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience as a Head Chef in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine
  • Have the knowledge and skills to produce a consistent menu in line with company recipes
  • Have a great attitude and a personable approach to your work
  • Can mentor and lead a team to ensure consistent quality
  • Have a great command of the English language and can engage in a positive manner with all chefs and FOH staff
