Head Chef, Destination Pub, Liverpool Street

Salary up to £75,000 per year

We are looking for a Head Chef to manage the day-to-day group operation.

An independent pub operation in walking distance of Liverpool Street Station,

Things you will be doing as the Head Chef

  • Reporting to the GM
  • Managing the day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Overseeing all aspects of operation from recruitment to menu planning
  • Keeping up with the latest trends regarding the market place
  • Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the company

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience as a Head Chef in a fast paced restaurant operation
  • You have a strong knowledge of the casual dining Market
  • Have a strong understanding of kitchen management
  • Have great leadership skills and are an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
  • Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas.
  • Are organised and have great time management to be able to deliver to deadlines on time.
  • Have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with personnel at all levels.
