Head Chef, Destination Pub, City of London

Salary up to £55,000 per annum

Things you will be doing as a Head Chef:

  • Reporting to the GM
  • Managing the day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Overseeing all aspects of the operation from recruitment to menu planning
  • Keeping up with the latest trends regarding the marketplace
  • Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the company.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced restaurant operation
  • Strong knowledge of the casual dining Market
  • Understanding of kitchen management
  • Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas.
  • Are organised and have great time management to be able to deliver to deadlines on time.
  • Excellent communication skills
