Head Chef, Destination Pub, City of London
Salary up to £55,000 per annum

- You will be able to showcase your talent in different menu planning.
Things you will be doing as a Head Chef:
- Reporting to the GM
- Managing the day-to-day kitchen operations
- Overseeing all aspects of the operation from recruitment to menu planning
- Keeping up with the latest trends regarding the marketplace
- Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the company.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced restaurant operation
- Strong knowledge of the casual dining Market
- Understanding of kitchen management
- Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas.
- Are organised and have great time management to be able to deliver to deadlines on time.
- Excellent communication skills
