Head Chef
Salary up to £50,000
Things to know:
- Iconic Venue part of Venue Group operating across the UK.
- Open Monday to Friday
- Team size of up to five chefs
Things you will be doing as the Head Chef:
- Mentor the team through leadership and coaching
- Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day kitchen management.
- Ensure the food standards are maintained.
- Continually review and refresh menu offerings
- Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.
- Regular hygiene audits
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as an Events Head Chef
- Have great communication skills and brilliant people skills.
- Strong planning skills and focused on revenue generation.
- Understanding of the London market
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
