Guest Services VIP Manager, Luxury Five Star Hotel, Singapore

Salary up to SGD 5000 per month, ($3,600 per month)

We are looking for a Guest Services VIP Manager to look after the all guest services and VIP clientele for a luxury five-star hotel in Singapore.

Things you will be doing as the Guest Services VIP Manager

  • Reports to the Director of Rooms
  • Responsible for the running and Guest Services and VIP’s
  • Managing and mentoring the team
  • Managing the customer expectation
  • Undertaking regular brand standard checks
  • Communicating with other HODS
  • Ensuring all aspects of guest engagement are managed and developed and surpassed

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience as a Guest Services Manager within a luxury five-star property
  • Having worked in at least two continents
  • Have excellent knowledge of the luxury market
  • Have the ability to engage anyone and everyone
  • Have great oral communication
  • Have team management skills
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Have enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge, plus those around you
  • Are adaptable to change and have the willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
  • Are positive and have an approachable manner
