We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and engaging Guest Services Coordinator for this award-winning Luxury Boutique Hotel, located in a heart of Central London.

Our client is one of the few remaining independent privately owned hotels in London, part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World group, offering unrivaled luxury accommodation and services.

As a Guest Services Co-ordinator you will be assisting all departments and ensuring all guest’s needs are met in a friendly, helpful, efficient, and personalized manner.

Things you will be doing as Guest Services Coordinator:

  • Actively promote excellent customer service across all areas of the hotel.
  • Be present in the lounge/lobby at key business times ensuring a strong customer service presence.
  • Oversee the Front Office team in the absence of the Reception Manager and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Guest Services operations.
  • Oversee Duty Management over a variety of shifts, including night shifts.
  • Oversee all guest feedback, ensuring all correspondence is dealt with quickly and professionally.
  • Prepare for and coordinate all VIP guests.

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have previous experience as a guest service coordinator within luxury hotels.
  • You are a hands-on person ready to support your team.
  • You have full operational knowledge of all reception services and procedures.
  • Have a proactive approach and excellent work ethic.
  • You take pride in building teams and people development.
  • Have excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and intuitive customer service skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Are flexible to work 12 hours shifts (8AM – 8PM) – 4 days ON, 4 days OFF pattern
