Guest Relations Manager, 5-Star Hotel, Central London
Salary up to £52,000 + company benefits
We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager, to plan, manage and innovate guest services operations across this well-known 300+ bedroomed 5-star hotel, which is part of an international luxury hotel group.

- Salary of £42K basic, plus a service charge of £8-10K per year

Things you will be doing as a Guest Relations Manager:
- As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for the Guest Relations Team, which has a headcount of 7
- Provide outstanding customer service, in a warm and welcoming manner to all visitors and guests throughout their visit to the hotel
- Act as guest engagement and a crucial contact between guests and the hotel
- Responsible for the running and Guest Services dealing with VIP’s
- Managing and mentoring the team
- Ensuring all aspects of guest engagement are managed, developed and surpassed
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have experience as a Guest Relations Manager in a 5-star hotel
- Have a steady CV, with no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Are fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Are motivating, encouraging, and inspirational with a passion for supporting, developing, and coaching others
- Are confident, organised and maintain a hands-on supervisory management approach
- Can demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a guest-first approach and a real passion for great service delivery
- Can work autonomously or as part of a team

- Have excellent people skills
