Guest Relations Manager, 5-Star Hotel, Central London

Salary up to £52,000 + company benefits

We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager, to plan, manage and innovate guest services operations across this well-known 300+ bedroomed 5-star hotel, which is part of an international luxury hotel group.

Things you will be doing as a Guest Relations Manager:

  • As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for the Guest Relations Team, which has a headcount of 7
  • Provide outstanding customer service, in a warm and welcoming manner to all visitors and guests throughout their visit to the hotel
  • Act as guest engagement and a crucial contact between guests and the hotel
  • Responsible for the running and Guest Services dealing with VIP’s
  • Managing and mentoring the team
  • Ensuring all aspects of guest engagement are managed, developed and surpassed

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience as a Guest Relations Manager in a 5-star hotel
  • Have a steady CV, with no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Are fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Are motivating, encouraging, and inspirational with a passion for supporting, developing, and coaching others
  • Are confident, organised and maintain a hands-on supervisory management approach
  • Can demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a guest-first approach and a real passion for great service delivery
  • Can work autonomously or as part of a team

  • Have excellent people skills
