Guest Experience & Service Quality Manager, Luxury Five-Star Hotel, Singapore
Salary up to SGD 9,000 per month (USD 6,720 per month)
We are looking for a Guest Quality Manager to look after all guest services at a luxury five-star hotel in Singapore.

- The hotel is part of an international brand

What you will be doing as Guest Quality Manager:
- Reports to the Hotel Manager
- Responsible for the running and Guest Services
- Managing and mentoring the team
- Managing the customer expectation
- Undertaking regular brand standard checks
- Communicating with other HODS
- Ensuring all aspects of guest engagement are managed and developed and surpassed.
Will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as a Guest Services Manager or Front Office Manager within a five-star luxury property
- Worked on at least two continents
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin
- Experience with Guest Surveys as Trust You
- Worked within a Forbes property and LQA trained
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury market
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- The willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
- Positive and approachable manner
