Salary up to £48,000

We are looking for a warm, welcoming, passionate, and business-driven General Manager, to join an already great team of a well-established restaurant located in central London, which is a pioneer of plant-based food offerings.

As a General Manager, you will be looking after all aspects of running a busy all-day dining restaurant and its great team.

Things you will be doing as General Manager:

  • Managing restaurant and bar team, taking ownership of the role and making sure the highest standards of service are always maintained.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing our talent.
  • You will be a hands-on manager that treats the restaurant like your own.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reservations team, to ensure the smooth running of all operations.
  • Make sure Health and Safety are followed and maintained at the highest standard.
  • Exceed guests’ expectations by demonstrating a positive and flexible attitude to guests’ requests, especially when under pressure.

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have previous experience in a busy restaurant as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager ready for the next step.
  • You are a hands-on manager ready to support your team.
