Salary up to £48,000

We are on a look out for a General Manager with warm and welcoming personality, guest focused, to join this growing team.

Our client is a well-established restaurant group based in Central London, pioneers of plant-based food offering. Their restaurants and menus have a great home like feel and are looking for a general manager to join their wonderful family.

As a general manager you will be looking after all aspects of running a busy all day dining restaurant and their great team.

The company is expanding with new sites opening next year. This is a perfect opportunity to join the group and showcase your talent and passion for the industry.

Things you will be doing as General Manager:

  • Managing restaurant and bar team, taking ownership of the role, and making sure the highest standards of service are always maintained.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing our talent.
  • You will be a hands-on manager that treats the restaurant like your own.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and reservations team, to ensure smooth running of all operations.
  • Make sure Health and Safety is followed and maintained at a highest standard.
  • Exceed guests’ expectations by demonstrating a positive and flexible attitude to guests’ requests, especially when under pressure.

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager ready for next step.
  • You are a hands-on manager ready to support your team.
  • You are an avid learner and a highly curious individual constantly looking for ways to improve things, a creative problem solver that is always one step ahead.
