Things you will be doing as a Restaurant General Manager

  • Manage the day-to-day operation.
  • Mentor the team
  • Create and manage SOP manuals and training guides.
  • Ensure the exceptional quality of the food and beverage service is consistently maintained.
  • Contribute to creating the ultimate experience.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in French brasserie restaurants
  • Passion for training junior staff brigade.
  • Drive and ambition to succeed.
  • Understanding of the marketplace and having the drive to innovate and lead.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
