Salary £42,000 + 20% bonus, company benefits

We are looking for an experienced strategic-minded Food & Beverage Manager to plan and direct all food and beverage operations across this beautiful boutique hotel, which is a part of a family-owned group. You will be joining a friendly team at a very exciting time. The hotel’s inside and outdoor areas are popular, and you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of this busy operation.

Things you will be doing as a Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Innovate ideas, help plan new F&B products, and oversee all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Working with the meetings and events team to develop their M&E products
  • Maintain high standards of food and drink service and health and safety practices within your area
  • You will take full responsibility for the delivery of the financial and commercial targets within your portfolio
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Manage the training and development needs of your team
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
