Food and Beverage Manager, 5-Star Hotel, Central London
Salary up to £80,000 + 10% bonus, company benefits
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to plan, innovate and direct food and beverage operations across this well-known 300+ bedroomed 5-star hotel, which is part of an international luxury hotel group.
You will be joining a passionate team at a very exciting time. The hotel’s inside areas are popular, and you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day food and beverage management of this busy operation.
Things to know:
- Salary of up to £80K plus an incentive scheme which pays 10% of salary in bonus annually (50% on financial and quality performance, 50% on individual goals)
- Work-life balance focused – 40 hours per week, with paid overtime, or time in lieu
- You will be joining a friendly and professional team
- The role is 60% hands-on role and isn’t for someone who wants to be office-bound

Things you will be doing as a Food & Beverage Manager:
- Plan and direct all food and beverage operations across a busy 5-star hotel, reporting to the General Manager
- Be highly visible within the business, be innovative in your approach and be ready to create and drive new strategies
- Developing teams and implementing initiatives to provide the highest level of operational performance, guest experience and quality
- Maintain and improve the high standards of food and drink service and health and safety practices within the Food and Beverage areas
- Manage the training and development needs of your team
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of the financial and commercial targets within your area
- Innovate ideas, help plan new F&B products, and oversee all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have a senior leadership Food and Beverage background in luxury multi-outlet restaurants, luxury hotels, or luxury multi-outlet private member clubs
- Are motivating, encouraging, supporting and inspirational with a passion for supporting, developing, and coaching others
- Can be responsible, set & deliver the strategy, targets & key objectives
- Are confident, organised and maintain a hands-on supervisory management approach
- Can demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a guest-first approach and a real passion for great service delivery
- Can work autonomously or as part of a team, but always be compliant
- Have experience with P&L management and experience delivering a budget
- Are confident, organised and maintain a hands-on management approach
