Resort Executive Pastry Chef

Salary up to £70,000 per annum plus service charge

Things that you will be doing as an Executive Pastry Chef:

  • Reports to the Hotels Exec Chef.
  • Lead, develop and grow the Pastry offerings.
  • Develop and manage the team.
  • Effective management of all food operations.
  • Building a strong relationship with the suppliers.
  • Manage costs, focused on P&L.
  • Interacting with the guests.
  • Design and deliver workshops for guests and clients.
  • Deliver the brand standards.
  • This is a hands-on role within the operation.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven record as an Exec Pastry Chef in a luxury lifestyle hotel in the UK or Internationally
  • Have a strong background in award-winning cuisine.
  • Have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Leadership skills
  • Enthusiasm, You are approachable and flexible in a changing environment
  • Positive “can do attitude”.
  • Well organised with an eye for details
