Executive Pastry Chef
Salary up to SGD 7,500 (USD 5,500) per month

Things you will be doing as an Executive Pastry Chef:
- Reporting to the Executive Head Chef
- Managing the pastry kitchen
- Overseeing all aspects of the pastry operation
- To lead and manage the quality of the Pastry department.
- Monitor all related costs and expenses.
- Innovate and create new features within the pastry department.
- Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Exec Chef
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Sen Sous Pastry Chef with a luxury hotel background.
- Result-oriented, proactive, innovative leader with an ability to lead and improvise in all situations.
- Ambitious, target driven and trendsetting manager.
- Good interpersonal, People management and Leadership Team & customer focus
- Able to work with mixed nationalities and different cultures.
- Positive thinker, innovator
- Knowledge of all Food & Beverage standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health and sanitation standards
