Executive Pastry Chef

Salary up to SGD 7,500 (USD 5,500) per month

Things you will be doing as an Executive Pastry Chef:

  • Reporting to the Executive Head Chef
  • Managing the pastry kitchen
  • Overseeing all aspects of the pastry operation
  • To lead and manage the quality of the Pastry department.
  • Monitor all related costs and expenses.
  • Innovate and create new features within the pastry department.
  • Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Exec Chef

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Sen Sous Pastry Chef with a luxury hotel background.
  • Result-oriented, proactive, innovative leader with an ability to lead and improvise in all situations.
  • Ambitious, target driven and trendsetting manager.
  • Good interpersonal, People management and Leadership Team & customer focus
  • Able to work with mixed nationalities and different cultures.
  • Positive thinker, innovator
  • Knowledge of all Food & Beverage standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health and sanitation standards
