Executive Head Chef, Fine Dining Restaurant, London

Salary up to £75,000 per annum.

We are looking for an Executive Head Chef to manage the kitchen operations of this fine-dining British restaurant in London

This is a multi-award-winning restaurant, showcasing the finest British produce, the restaurant is aiming for its first Michelin Star.

Things you will be doing as the Executive Head Chef:

  • Responsible for menus development
  • Responsible for the day-to-day kitchen management
  • Develop and grow the team through leadership and coaching
  • Ensure food standards are maintained
  • Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience as a Head Chef with fine-dining restaurants
  • Have experience with Michelin Star restaurants
  • Have great leadership skills and are an approachable person
  • Are great at thinking “outside the box”, being creative and strategic, and are driven by coming up with new ideas
  • Are organised and have great time management skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
