Salary starts @ $130,000 per annum plus a bonus

Our client is developing a destination restaurant and looking for a chef with a Michelin Starred background.

Things you will be doing as Executive Chef:

• Report directly to the ownership
• Day-to-day management of the kitchen operation
• Creating all menus
• Effective management of all food operations
• Deliver and surpass the brand standards.
• This is a hands-on role within the operation and is kitchen based

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience as an Executive Chef with a solid Michelin Star background
• Will have been awarded a Michelin star in their own name
• Strong background in an award-winning cuisine
• Experience with European Cuisine
• Excellent communication skills
• You will need to be fluent in English
• Natural flair for networking, self-driven and enthusiastic about the success
• Experience in presenting and exhibiting, preferred as the face of the venue
