Executive Chef, 4* Lifestyle Hotel, London
Salary up to £85,000 + 25% annual bonus per annum.
Our client is A 4-star Lifestyle Hotel, that is looking for an Executive Chef to join the team and run the kitchen operation. The perfect candidate will have experience in 4-star Hotels with a 2-Rosette background.
Things you will be doing as an Executive Chef:
- Report to the General Manager
- Develop and grow the team through leadership and coaching
- Responsible for all culinary activities in a 2 Rosette restaurant, room service and events.
- Ensure the restaurant standards are maintained
- Continually review and refresh menu offerings
- Create, review, and refresh new products offerings through an innovative, passionate, hands-on approach
- Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen
- Regular hygiene audits
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in Four-Star Hotels at a 2 Rosette level
- Have great communication skills and brilliant people skills
- Strong planning skills and focused on revenue generation
- Understanding of the London market
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
