Executive Chef
Salary up to $180,000 per annum
Things to know:
- This is a new opening.
- Destination French Bistro in Florida
Things you will be doing as Executive Chef:
- Report directs to the ownership.
- Day-to-day management of the kitchen operation
- Creating all the menus
- Effective management of all food operations
- Deliver and surpass the brand standards.
- This is a hands-on role within the operation and is kitchen based.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef with an established background in French Brasseries
- A background in Michelin Star restaurants
- Extensive Experience in the European Market
- Strong background in an award-winning cuisine
- Experience with French Cuisine
- Excellent communication skills
- You will need to be fluent in English.
- Natural flair for networking, self-driven and enthusiastic about the success
- Experience in presenting and exhibiting, preferred as the face of the venue.
