Executive Chef

Salary up to $180,000 per annum

Things to know:

  • This is a new opening.
  • Destination French Bistro in Florida

Things you will be doing as Executive Chef:

  • Report directs to the ownership.
  • Day-to-day management of the kitchen operation
  • Creating all the menus
  • Effective management of all food operations
  • Deliver and surpass the brand standards.
  • This is a hands-on role within the operation and is kitchen based.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef with an established background in French Brasseries
  • A background in Michelin Star restaurants
  • Extensive Experience in the European Market
  • Strong background in an award-winning cuisine
  • Experience with French Cuisine
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You will need to be fluent in English.
  • Natural flair for networking, self-driven and enthusiastic about the success
  • Experience in presenting and exhibiting, preferred as the face of the venue.
