Salary up to SGD 14,000 (USD 10,550)

Things you will be doing as Director of Sales and Marketing

• Report to the General Manager
• Responsible for the proactive sales and marketing of the hotel to external customers
• Create and project manage marketing campaigns and performance.
• Recruit and train team members
• Drive Sales with well-thought-out initiatives
• Manage relationships with key clients and agents.

You will be a great fit if you:

• Have at least 5 years experience in a Luxury Hotel in a Director of Sales and Marketing role
• Have International experience.
• Having a proven track record of successful business development
• Are self-motivated, driven, commercially aware, results-orientated, and proactive.
• Have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
