Chef de Partie, Italian restaurant, New Opening, Knightsbridge

Salary of £32,500 – £34,500 per annum.

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the opening team of a world-renowned Italian restaurant.

With restaurants located in Florence, Zurich, Monti Carlo, Moscow, and Vienna, Cantinetta Antinori is bringing the restaurant brand to London for the first time this spring. Housed in a three-storey period building in Knightsbridge, the restaurant will offer relaxed, all-day traditional Tuscan dining, fine wines, and live music.

The restaurant has a strong management team who firmly believes in looking after their staff and being as fun and rewarding as possible.

There are plans to expand other new concepts so a good work ethic will be rewarded quickly!

Things you will be doing as a Chef de partie:

  • You will ensure the exceptional quality of food is maintained
  • You will make sure that mise en place levels are met
  • You will be responsible for sections operating efficiently during service
  • You will be helping to mentor and guide Commis Chefs
  • You will be expected to consistently meet company standards

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Are a hands-on chef
  • Have previous experience as a Chef de partie in a similar environment
  • Have experience in cooking Italian food
  • Are driven by quality and consistency
  • Can deliver consistent quality when under pressure
  • Are can work as part of a team
  • Have a great attitude
  • Have a great understanding of Italian cuisine, but not essential
