Chef De Partie
Salary up to £33,000
Things to know:
- Private bank
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Paid overtime.
What you will be doing as a Chef de partie:
- Report to the Head chef
- Ensure the exceptional quality of food is maintained.
- Responsible for sections operating efficiently during service.
- Helping to mentor and guide Commis Chefs
- You will be expected to consistently meet company standards.
