Assistant Restaurant Manager, Marylebone
Salary up to £40,000 per annum
We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a friendly team in a restaurant that has a focus on Eastern Mediterranean food.
The restaurant has a strong management team who firmly believes in looking after their staff and being as fun and rewarding as possible.
The company currently has two restaurants, and there are plans to open a third restaurant later in 2023, so a good work ethic will be rewarded quickly!

- Delicious staff meals on duty
- Full-time position, based on 48 hours, with paid overtime
- Shifts based over 5 days – 2 double shifts and 3 singles shifts

Things you will be doing as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Assist in overseeing the operation on a day-to-day basis with a hands-on approach: leading by example
- Manage and monitor work quality and guest satisfaction
- Drive morale and motivation to provide excellent customer service
- Assist in the selection, training, and supervising of the team
- Provide guidance for improvement and implement necessary adjustments
- Evaluate, and take the necessary actions regarding guest comments & feedback
- Building relationships with all guests to obtain feedback on the quality of service
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints
- Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed
- Ensuring that employees follow company policies, as well as health and safety regulations
- Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service
