What you will be doing as a Beverage Manager:
- Report to the Owner
- Create and update the wine list
- Build and maintain relationships with wine and spirit suppliers
- Develop and increase Beverage sales
- Train, support and lead the FOH employees
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as a Beverage/Bar manager in a Fine Dining Restaurant
- Background as a Sommelier is a plus
- WSET certificate
- Good wine knowledge
- Great communication skills
